Meet your coach - Dave

I began my fitness journey at 16 with a simple goal, to get bigger and stronger. Like many, I spent years focused on traditional strength training, building a solid foundation through consistency, discipline, and hard work.

In 2018, my training evolved when I transitioned into CrossFit. This shift completely changed how I viewed fitness. It introduced me to a more well-rounded approach, one that values not just strength, but also conditioning, mobility, and functional movement.

Today, I train with a focus on functional fitness to support long-term health, movement, and overall performance. My goal is no longer just about lifting heavier or pushing harder, but about moving better, feeling stronger, and staying fit for life.

Coaching allows me to help others discover the same passion for training that changed my life. I want to help people enhance their lives through fitness, building confidence, improving health, and developing strength that carries over into everyday life.

My aim is to guide you toward sustainable progress, so training becomes something you enjoy and benefit from for years to come.
